The MIM helpline is a confidential platform designed for PhDs and offered by PhDs. Whether you have concerns about your project, your PI, personal struggles or you need a friendly ear to talk to, we are just a message away!

Meet our helpline operators
Our helpline operators are volunteer PhDs who care about ensuring that no MIMer feels alone and unsupported. They are also committed to maintaining your anonymity and privacy and putting your interests above all. All helpline operators are ensa First Aider for mental health and underwent and passed a 30 hours of specialist training, including specialist modules on managing mental health conditions such as suicide, anxiety, and depression.
